  • If you’re launching a new product, or rolling out a new campaign, I will work with your existing teams to build the holistic 360 communications plan across all mediums including ATL and BTL advertising, owned media, influencer marketing, consumer and business PR, retail and if needed, internal communications.

  • I’ve brought brands together to create new stories multiple times over the last 25 years. Whether its bands, artists, writers, photographers, designers, retail spaces, media companies or landmark buildings I know how to deliver the collaboration acheiving the KPIs for each brand.

  • I have vast experience in building and managing global teams. I work with you to understand what you are looking to achieve, and then identify the team and timeframe needed to deliver on your objectives. I also work with companies to coach existing departments to become high performing teams.

  • Brand rely on their agencies, it’s an important partnership that directly impacts the success of a project or longer term market share. Sometimes, relationships can break down, or it can simply feel like you are bot speaking a different language. Having been on both sides, I work with teams or individuals to understand where the relationship is stuck, and coach both sides in how to move forward to get the partnership back on track.

  • I sometimes work with agencies to act as a client in the room. This can be beneficial during pitch times to understand the brief, see how you’ve approached it, and then share any missed opportunities as I see them.

  • During my career, I have worked directly with many CEO’s and Founders of multimillion pound companies. I understand that when you are in the day to day, it is often hard to pinpoint where the business has become suck, and therefore also difficult to navigate a way through it. As a person with no emotional ties to the business, I work closely with you to identify the obstacles, agree the opportunity and then execute the roll out plan to move forward.

During my career, I have worked with many talented women who have often had to take a career pause for life reasons resulting in starting their own projects. Whilst often it delivers a living wage, being a small business can come with it’s challenges.
